ASTIBERRI EDICIONES

Astiberri Ediciones is a 20 year old publisher of graphic novels, with around 850 published titles. From the very beginning Astiberri has consolidated an image of prestige with high quality editions aimed at an adult and educated public. Our ongoing commitment with quality is corroborated by the quantity of awards received for the Barcelona International Comics Festival awards. Astiberri also won 6 times in 14 years the Comic National Prize awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Culture. We publish some of the most successful Spanish authors (Paco Roca, David Rubín, Sara Soler, Laura Pérez, Alfonso Zapico...) as well as international ones (Jeff Smith, Jeff Lemire, Craig Thompson, Darwyn Cooke, Matt Fraction, Kelly Sue DeConnick, Jason Lutes, Bill Sienkiewicz, Guy Delisle, ND Stevenson...). Our graphic humour label since 2015, ¡Caramba!, has published over 60 titles by some of the most important Spanish cartoonists. In 2020, we brought this philosophy to a new collection of comics for children that will also bring out the work of Spanish authors in this area.
