International Comics Festival, Poitiers school district and Poitou-Charentes and Caisse d'Epargne, partner for the third year in a row, promotes the access of all Poitou-Charentes students to cultural events organized by the International Comics Festival and to develop group work with a reading contest.

This award will reward children from 12 middle schools of the district who will review and vote for what they consider to be the best comic from a panel of 5 comic books published between August 2007 and August 2008, chosen by the district in collaboration with the International Comics Festival.

Rewards
The students from the 12 classes will be invited to visit the Festival and to participate in a meeting, Thursday 29 and Friday 30 January, 2009 with the author or the authors for whom they voted.
