The Franco-Quebecois office for youth, in association with the International Comics Festival and the Quebec Francophone Comic Festival..... Launch the 4th edition of the Franco-Quebecois office for youth's Franco Quebecois comic contest, this year with the theme "Meetings and Encounters" , theme under which the festivities for Quebec's 400 anniversary in 2008 will occur.

Call for Entries
You may participate if you are; a comic enthusiast, French or have lived in France for over a year, between the ages of 18 and 35 and have created 1 to 3 comic strips with the theme "Meetings and Encounters", postmarked before December 21^st, 2007. For more information, please refer to the complete set of rules in the document above.

Prizes
1 winner and 1 runner up will be nominated by a jury composed of professionals and figures from the comic world. Their work will be exposed in the Young Talents booth of the International Comics Festival from January 24-27, 2008 and again at the Quebec Francophone Comic Festival from April 16-20, 2008. They will both be invited to the International Comics Festival and the winner will also win a trip to participate in the Quebec Francophone Comic Festival.
