For this 9th edition, children and teenagers from 5 to 20 with a disability and living in France, Belgium, or Switzerland and adults in a residential care unit (MAS); medicalized support structure (FAM); sheltered workshop; life shelters and lodging shelters are invited to submit a comic on the theme " A world in music ...told in a comic"

Each participant must provide 3 pages, either individual entries for children in primary schools or group entries for participants in care centres.

 

A national jury will then select the best comic books: Individual prizes, group prizes, "l'hippocampe d'or." A whole day will be dedicated to the lucky winners during the award ceremony in the prestigious surroundings of the International Comics Festival.
