International Comics Festival, Poitiers school district and Poitou-Charentes and Caisse d'Epargne, partner for the second year in a row, promotes the access of all Poitou-Charentes students to cultural events organized by the International Comics Festival and to develop group work with a reading contest.

 

This award will reward children from 12 middle schools of the district (3 by country subdivision) who will review and vote for what they consider to be the best comic from a panel of 5 comic books published between August 2006 and August 2007, chosen by the district in collaboration with the International Comics Festival.

 

Rewards

The students from the 12 classes will be invited to visit the Festival and to participate in a meeting, Thursday 24 and Friday 25, 2008 with the author or the authors for whom they voted.
